Carolina Renovation and Maintenance was founded by Russell Camper after acknowledging the needs that multi-family companies were facing by not having a singular contractor source to complete all necessary projects, large or small. It became evident that multi-family companies needed a contractor who possessed the licenses, insurance, personnel and resources to handle large-scale projects as well as be able to provide these clients with the necessary manpower to handle smaller projects and the always needed property maintenance. CRM was formed and designed to resolve this issue by becoming a two-division company, General Contracting and General Maintenance, with the vision of being the go-to source for all multi-family community projects.
Russell Camper has been a licensed NC General Contractor in good standing for over 10 years, maintaining good relationships with local trades such as HVAC, plumbers, electricians, architects, and engineers, should these trades or services be needed for a project.
The target market of CRM is the Triangle Area of North Carolina (Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill), including several surrounding cities. Our primary clientele is owners and managers of multi-family properties, national and regional companies as well as a few smaller firms. Our goal is to aid these companies with value engineering, cost-effective repairs and property value increasing renovations. We meet or exceed our client’s compliance requirements and carry all necessary insurances and credentials. CRM also assists clients with lender/owner required repairs and HUD projects.
