We are a locally owned general contracting company that specializes in multifamily properties, working with some of the largest names in the property management industry. We are experiencing great growth and are currently looking to expand our list of subcontractors for ongoing work in various fields of construction.
Our work generally consists of apartment renovations, additions, concrete and masonry, roofing, siding, retaining walls, minor plumbing, gutters, positive drainage and the construction of different outdoor amenititis. We are interested in individuals and crews that can perform any of these tasks accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements:
Must have the tools required for the specific skill set. Must have reliable transportation to travel to and from project locations. Must be able to provide a current COI and W-9 and complete our packet.
Our goal is to find local partnerships with talented and reliable individuals and companies that we can utilize to expand our capacity and flexibility while providing a professional result and experience for our customers. At times, we would be asking you to work along-side our in-house crew and other times we’d be asking you to handle projects on your own within the specified guidelines and to provide the required reporting which consist of photos at the beginning of the job and photos of the completed work. While our workload or demand does change week to week or month to month, our goal is to provide as much consistent work as possible.
Our areas of work range from Knightdale to Durham and Wake Forest to Clayton.
