Helping a Durham Multi-Family Community Update Their Apartments
Working Hard
We have been helping a Durham multi-family community update their units since April 2019. The units range from 2 bedrooms and 2 baths to 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Our team has been working hard to complete these units in record time so that they can be ready for their next tenants in a matter of a week.
Scope of Project
CRM is handling the replacement of all hardware like door handles, door stoppers, outlet / switch inserts and covers, all light fixtures and ceiling fans, bathroom fixtures like towel rods, shower curtain rods, toilet paper holders, mirrors, bathroom vanities, and faucets.
Rejuvenated Kitchens
We are also giving these units a fresh look by painting all cabinet boxes and installing new cabinet doors, drawers fronts and pull handles. The kitchens have a beautiful rejuvenated look with brand new appliances and a stylish new faucet, all installed by our team.
It's in the details
On top of all of these major items, we also handled minor but important details like moving up a cabinet box up to make room for the new range microwave, installing a new thermostat, installing all new blinds throughout the units and switching various outlets to USB friendly inserts.
