4 Apartment Units Upgraded In Record Time

“Classic Upgrades For Beautiful Apartment Living”

This project was located in Greenville, NC, where we upgraded (2) 1 bedroom units and (2) 2 bedroom units.

A dedicated crew and project manager were on-site every day dedicated to ensuring that the project was completed within the contracted dates.

All 4 units were completed, from demolition to final walk, in 15 days, which was 10 days earlier than the contracted completion date.

There was a lot involved in upgrading these units. This was scope of this large project:

Prepping and painting of all cabinets, with a change in color from a taupe to white.
Removal of all cabinet doors and drawer fronts
Replacement with new white shaker style cabinet doors and drawer fronts.
Installation of all new hinges and modern pulls
Removal of laminate countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms

Fabrication and installation of 3cm White Ornamental granite in the kitchen and bathrooms.
Installation of 3×6 subway tile backsplash in all kitchens
Removal of all door knobs and replacement with modern satin nickel door knobs
Removal of all vinyl window blinds and replacement with faux wood blinds
Removal of outdated dining room chandelier and bathroom lights and scone lights and replacement with new satin nickel fixtures.

Removal of all bathroom fixtures and replacement with satin nickel ones (Shower rods, towel racks & toilet paper holders)
Removal and replacement of all faucets, kitchens and bathrooms
Removal of all double-bowl kitchen sinks and replacement with single-bowl undermount stainless steel sinks.
