“Exterior Modernization”
Project Details
We painted 38 buildings, consisting of 4-8 units per building and 1 office/clubhouse building, 230 units total.
The scope of work included soffit and vinyl siding replacement as needed, metal trim replacement as needed, body paint, trim paint, metal railing paint.
We stained 230 patio wood fences and painted the same amount of metal front doors.
Starting The Entry Project
We had the pleasure of working hand in hand with Sherwin Williams, following their issued specs for the assigned paint and stain materials.
A complete color change was done for a more modern look.
