CRM helped this Knightdale property renovate its clubhouse.
The renovation included modifying walls, windows, and doors to accommodate new office space for managers and create a whole new feel.
Throughout the space, we installed beautiful finishes to bring this out-of-date clubhouse back to life.
Office Refresh
Luxury vinyl plank flooring was installed throughout the clubhouse for a more modern look, while individual offices received carpeted tiles or vinyl flooring.
The wall color and carpet tiles in the offices make it professional, bright, and inviting.
Custom Coffee Bar
The custom coffee bar includes a new tile backsplash, granite countertop, floating shelves, and custom cabinetry to house the mini-fridge and microwave for residents and guests.
Bathroom Renovation
The bathrooms were updated with new countertops, toilets, light fixtures, doors, and mirrors.
Now it’s bright and open. What a difference!
Lobby Renovation with Updated Fresh Look
The main lobby was upgraded with crown molding, accent walls, new light fixtures, and 3 new windows to create a beautiful view of the pool deck.
