COMPLETED PROJECT
BBQ Pavilion at Apartment Community in Cary, NC
An apartment community in Cary, NC asked us to build a BBQ Pavilion equipped with a seating area and grilling station for their residents.
The Start
We started by forming and pouring a 35′ x 35′ concrete pad for the Cabana/Seating Area and Outdoor Kitchen. The 25′ x 25′ Cabana was built with a hip roof design, dimensional shingles, and hardy panel ceiling with decorative soffit, fascia, and trim to match the existing style of the property. We primed and painted the Cabana to match the rest of the property as well.

Grills are in!
Electrical included running necessary power and installing decorative ceiling fans, along with recessed lighting. Our next step was to construct the 20′ x 4′ stone veneer grilling station with granite countertops and two stainless steel gas grills with built-in ice coolers and a prep sink. Plumbing was installed and ran for the new outdoor kitchen area, and two power outlets were installed. Next, we formed and poured a new 5′ x 10′ sidewalk leading to a 15′ diameter concrete pad for the fire pit and additional seating. A gas line was constructed for the new stone veneer gas fire pit, which is approximately 6′ in diameter and 18″ tall and is equipped with a timer, manual shutoff, and igniter.

Completed
We finished by forming and pouring a 5′ x 40′ sidewalk, returning to the sidewalk at the right of the clubhouse. Drawings were obtained by a local architect. All items were permitted, constructed per code, and passed inspection by Town of Cary.

If you have a need to upgrade, repair, or construct new outdoor amenities in your neighborhood, we would love the opportunity to work with you!
