A family in Kenly, NC experienced water damage in their bathroom due to a burst pipe under the house. You would never know by just looking at this bathroom that there was a huge water issue. We reached out to the insurance adjuster and got everything approved to start the work. Here’s what we did.

Our team faced a great challenge with engineering a way to replace the sub-floor under the fireplace insert, without having to remove it.
Solutions to Water Damage
As always, our team found a solution that kept us from disturbing the walls further. We replaced the subfloor in the bathroom, the hallway and a part in the living room that is on the other side of the bathroom.
A Successful Ending with Beautiful Results
While no one wants to endure a water loss in their home, this family was able to welcome 2020 with a renovated bathroom with a new tub, tub surround, vanity, cultured marble vanity top, faucets, paint, and vinyl flooring.
