We assisted a multi-family property in Raleigh in guiding water away from their parking lot by grading an area so that the water collects and flows to a lower elevation on their property where a drain is located. While the most important goal was to deliver a well-functioning drainage path for the water collected in the parking lot, the design was another factor that was taken into consideration.

With our natural looking surface drainage we not only helped the property avoid future issues in the parking lot, but we also helped the residents of this community by allowing them to make their way to their vehicles on a rainy day, without having to walk in standing water.
