Positive Drainage
We assisted a multi-family property in Raleigh in guiding water away from their parking lot by grading an area so that the water collects and flows to a lower elevation on their property where a drain is located. While the most important goal was to deliver a well-functioning drainage path for the water collected in the parking lot, the design was another factor that was taken into consideration. With our natural looking surface drainage we not only helped the property avoid future issues in the parking lot, but we also helped the residents of this community by allowing them to make their way to their vehicles on a rainy day, without having to walk in standing water.
Concrete
Some of our concrete specialties include sidewalks, patios, foundation dams, steps, and ramps. We assisted a Raleigh multi-family community in having their leasing office become ADA approved, by building a handicap ramp leading from the parking lot to the leasing office. It was also of great pleasure to help a Cary investor increase the value of their property by framing and building them a brand-new concrete patio area, which we later finished with a covered area, grill area, and fire pit.
Mold Remediation and Repair
At CRM we have taken the time to learn and understand the science behind mold and its growth. With this knowledge, we have trained our crews to remediate mold and repair the damage that mold has caused to the property. A property owner in Winston Salem reached out to us when they found mold behind the panels of a refrigerated room from a pipe that had been leaking between the panels and drywall. We completed a mold inspection and mold damage assessment, followed by mold containment, air filtration, removing the mold and restoring the refrigerated room to have new panels installed.

A Durham multi-family property reached out to us when a leak was discovered in one of their breezeways, affecting the 1st and 2nd The source of the water intrusion was resolved and a complete renovation of the 1st and 2nd floor had to be done, due to the damage caused by the leak.
Pressure Washing
Through the years, we have helped many investors preserve the value of their property by pressure washing exterior walls, fences, sidewalks, and pool decks. Our latest project involved a property in Goldsboro that was looking to freshen up and maintain the appearance of their property by having us pressure wash their buildings, fences, and sidewalks. Pressure washing not only gives these properties a better curb appeal, but these investors are also eliminating the contaminants that contribute to dry rot and mold growth, which can cause costly repairs in the future.
Fire Restoration
We assisted a property in Raleigh in restoring a one-bedroom unit after the resident discovered a fire in the bedroom. While the fire damage was limited to the bedroom, the smoke affected every room in the unit. Our experienced team went in and removed all the damaged components and evaluated the structural framing to ensure that everything was within safety standards. The unit was then completely treated, from ceiling to floor, for odor and all soot was removed. We had our HVAC experts come in to clean and restore the HVAC system, ensuring that no harmful particles created by the fire would spread throughout the air and cause future health issues to the residents. Lastly, we restored the unit by replacing drywall and trim in the fire affected areas, primed and painted every room from base board to ceiling, cleaned all surfaces including all countertops, cabinets, fixtures and windows and completed the final touches like installing new blinds so that this unit was market ready for its new resident.
Siding Replacement
The management company for a multi-family community in Raleigh reached out to us looking to have the siding replaced on all the buildings in their community. Aside from giving this community a rejuvenated look, this property management company also increased the value of this property with a simple face lift. Our team completed every aspect of this project including the removal of the old siding, unloading of the new siding, installation of the new siding and waterproofing all crevices to ensure long lasting durability.
