CRM assisted a couple in Smithfield with adding onto their home a second living space. Our crew completed every aspect of this project including pulling all permits, building the foundation for the addition, to paint and final touches like installing light fixtures and outlets. Both interior and exterior work for the addition was completed by our experienced crew in a timely manner, allowing this family to enjoy their additional living space for many years to come.

Interior Upgrades

It was of great pleasure to assist a property in Raleigh who was looking to update their clubhouse. We completed every aspect of this update from demolition to painting and fixtures. Our tile master delivered to this property a beautiful backsplash with 4×6 subway tile hand placed in a herringbone pattern, above the wet bar. We are certain that the residents of this community will love their clubhouse as much as the property management does.

Retaining Wall

Upon a lender inspection, it was determined that a failing retaining wall had to be replaced at a property in Raleigh. CRM was able to remove the old timber wall and install an engineered block wall. Not only did this lender improve the safety of this property by having us replace the failing retaining wall, but they also increased the value of this property.

Amenities

We have been able to bring joy to residents and increase property value by adding exterior amenities to various properties throughout the Raleigh-Cary-Durham area. Our crews have delivered some of the most beautiful outdoor kitchens, firepits, dog parks and gazebos seen at multi-family communities. Aside from building new amenities we also restore existing ones, giving properties a modern and rejuvenated look.

Apartment upgrades are a constant request throughout the triangle area. Lenders and property management companies are looking to increase property value and have beautiful units that require no salesmen to lease. Apartment upgrades are one of the most common ways to do this and we are well trained in doing what needs to be done to turn units in a timely manner and have them ready for the next tenant. Our latest project was for a property in Raleigh who had us completely turn an older unit and bring it back from 1999 to 2019.
