CRM has had a very busy morning with several calls from clients about flooding and roof leaks from this nasty rain we are continuing to have. One of our properties in Durham. The leasing center and several units flooded during the heavy rains last night. They contacted us this morning, and we had a crew on site within an hour. Hopefully, it will dry out over the weekend so we can repair all the damage next week.
